A message dated July 28, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                             
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                                                               
filing:                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18                                                                                        
      Encouraging hospitals and birthing facilities in the state to                                                             
      participate in the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative and to support
